Ingredients
For the dough:
- 3 eggs
- 15 spoons of sugar
- 15 spoons of oil
- 15 spoons of milk
- 15 spoons of flour
- 4 spoons of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 baking powder
For the frosting:
- 300 g of FRIGLO sour cherries
- 100 g of chocolate
- 3 dl of water
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 chocolate pudding
For the topping:
- 2,5 dl of sweet cream
- 100 g of chocolate
For decoration:
- 100 g of baking chocolate
Preparation
Cook the frosting first: Put 3 dl of water and 100 g of sugar in a pot and cook it. Take another bowl to mix 1 dl of water and 1 chocolate pudding, then add it to the water with sugar and cook until it thickens. Mix the ingredients for the dough. Take a 20x35 cm baking tray and coat it with a bit of oil and flour. Put 1/2 of the dough in the tray and bake at 170°C.
When the dough is baked, cover it with 250 g of sour cherries. Grate 100 g of chocolate over the dough with sour cherries, and on top of that the lukewarm pudding frosting. Put the other half of the dough over the pudding frosting and bake it altogether at 170°C.
When the cake is baked and cooled down, prepare the topping. At low temperature (it must not boil) cook 2,5 dl of sweet cream and 100 g of chocolate. When it cools down well, spread over the cake. Spread a thin layer of melted baking chocolate on a piece of baking paper.
When the chocolate cools, cut it into small slices and decorate each piece of the cake with the slices on the sides. Put a few sour cherries on top of the cake for decoration.
