Friglo broth for cold days

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

Cut onion into cubes and fry on olive oil at mild temperature. Add 450 g FRIGLO Original Pannonian broth vegetable mix and 1.5 dl of water. When the water boils, add salt, pepper and dry vegetables. Cook at low temperature for additional 7 minutes. At the end, add 3 spoons of rice semolina (which you have previously mixed in a bit of warm water), mix and leave on the turned off burner for a few more minutes.

SERVING

Best to be served warm. This broth is perfect for children, vegetarians and all other fans of healthy dietary regime.
