• 450 gr Friglo original Russian salad mix
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 100 gr of pickles
  • 1 tea spoon of mustard
  • 1 dl of yoghurt  
  • 50 gr of young or feta cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • spices (as wanted: salt, pepper, etc.)


Boil Friglo Russian salad mix and eggs in water with a pinch of salt. Wash the sweet potato, remove the crust, cut into circles and boil. Pour yoghurt and cheese in a bowl. Press the cheese with a fork and mix until you make a sauce-like mixture. Mix the cooled vegetables with sweet potato, pickles and eggs which you have previously cut into cubes. Put the mixture in the yoghurt and cheese sauce. In the end, add lemon juice, mustard and spices and stir until it is nicely unified.
