Ingredients:
- 450 g Friglo Original Panonska Soup Mix
- 150 g chicken fillet, diced
- 50 g soup noodles
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Sunflower oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g sour cream
- Parsley leaves, chopped
- 1.2 L water
Preparation:
In a pot over medium-high heat, sauté the chopped onion and diced chicken in a little oil until lightly golden and translucent. Season with salt, add the Friglo Panonska soup mix, stir well, and pour in the water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add the noodles, then stir in the sour cream mixed with the beaten egg yolk. Season with black pepper and cook 2-3 minutes more. Remove from the heat and let stand 5 minutes to settle. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
