Ingredients:
- 400 g Friglo Spinach (thawed)
- 500 g phyllo pastry sheets
- 3 eggs
- 150 g white brined cow’s cheese (feta-style), crumbled
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 ml sparkling water
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 40 g butter
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 100 ml water
Preparation:
Thaw the Friglo spinach, then mix it in a bowl with the beaten eggs, sour cream, sparkling water, crumbled white cheese, and finely chopped garlic. Add a little oil, stir well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Brush a 30 cm round baking dish with oil and preheat the oven to 190 °C. Lightly spoon 1-2 Tbsp of the filling onto each phyllo sheet, roll it up, and arrange the rolls in a spiral (circle) in the pan. Bake 45-50 minutes until golden and crisp.
