First, I cut the beef into cubes, then the onion and carrot. I add a little fat to the pot and fry the onion until it becomes glassy, then add the carrot and beef, brown it briefly and pour 700ml of beef broth.
I simmer until the meat is soft, then I add the peas and cook for another twenty minutes. I season it with paprika, pepper and salt, and at the end I add a spoonful of flour mixed in water so that it thickens nicely.

Homemade peas with beef
Ingredients:
- 500G Beef (cubes)
- 400G of frozen frigloserbia peas
- 1 large onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of oil or fat

- 1 teaspoon of thickener + a little cold water
