Ingredients:
- 450 g Friglo Golden Mix
- 600 g beef, diced
- 200 g onion, finely chopped
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Sunflower oil
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Crushed hot paprika (Aleva paprika)
- Parsley leaves
- Sugar
- Mashed potatoes (to serve)
Preparation:
In a pot over medium heat, warm a little oil and sauté the finely chopped onion. Add the diced beef, season with salt, stir well, cover, and simmer gently for about 60-90 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding a splash of water if needed.
When the meat is tender, add the Friglo Golden Mix, tomato juice, finely chopped garlic, ground black pepper, crushed hot paprika, and ½ teaspoon sugar. Continue to simmer for another 15-20 minutes, until the flavors meld. Serve with mashed potatoes.
