Fruit jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 spoon of gelatin
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • 200 ml of juice
  • 300 g of FRIGLO Fruit mix
  • 4 spoons of sugar
  • 100 g of chocolate for decoration

Preparation

Pour one glass of boiled but cooled water over one spoon of gelatin and leave it for 20 minutes. After that, pour the gelatin in a pot with juice. You can use clear forest fruit juice. Heat the juice, add sugar and stir until the gelatin fully dissolved, but it must not boil. Cool the juice with gelatin at room temperature. Place fruit in a shape you like. Pour with the juice with gelatin ad put in the fridge for about 90 minutes. The fruit will appear on various levels. Decorate each peace with grated chocolate before serving. Enjoy!
