Ingridients:
- 450 g Friglo Royal Mix (Original)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g arugula
- 100 g blue cheese
- 100 g red currants
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt
- Mixed pepper
- Olive oil
- Balsamic glaze
Preparation:
Cook the Friglo Royal Mix in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, then plunge into ice water to chill. Drain again. In a bowl, combine the prepared vegetables with cherry tomatoes, arugula, red currants, diced blue cheese, and toasted sesame seeds.
Season the salad with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic glaze.
