Yellow Bean Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 450 g Friglo young yellow beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Sunflower oil

Preparation:

Heat a little sunflower oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion. Add the Friglo young yellow beans and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes, adding a splash of water if needed. 
Season with salt and ground black pepper, stir in the minced garlic and sour cream, then transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Gouda and bake until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
