Ingredients:
- 300 g Friglo strawberries
- 240 g rolled oats
- 4 tbsp honey
- 600 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
Simmer the Friglo strawberries with the sugar and, after 5-7 minutes of cooking, let them cool.
Divide the oats evenly among 4 small containers or lidded glasses. Drizzle each portion with 1 tablespoon of honey, then distribute the Greek yogurt on top.
